Order Confirmation and Delivery Details

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, customers will receive a confirmation and receipt via email. Ensure the email address provided during checkout is valid, correctly spelled, and can accept emails from the primamica.co.uk domain. If you do not receive your confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your Bulk Mail, Spam, or Junk Mail folders. For assistance, contact us, and we’ll forward the confirmation.

Order Dispatch Timeline

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2 - 4 working days.  Once dispatched, customers will receive a "Dispatch Notification" via email along with Tracking Number from us.

Shipping Providers, Delivery Timelines, Delivery Notification & Tracking Number

We partner with trusted national and international shipping providers for reliable delivery. Most orders are shipped via couriers like FedEx, UPS, , DPD, etc, ensuring parcels arrive within 1 to 3 working days. Some shipments, handled by Royal Mail, may take up to 5 working days. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a Delivery Notification with a tracking number for real-time updates on your parcel's journey.

If your parcel is not received within 7 working days after receiving the "Dispatch Notification," please contact us for assistance. Note that we are not responsible for lost parcels if not reported within this timeframe. Returned parcels due to non-collection will incur additional shipping charges for redelivery.

Non-Collecation Parcels

If the shipping supplier attempted delivery but no one was available, they may leave a card with collection instructions. If the parcel is not collected within the specified timeframe, it will be returned to us. Customers are responsible for additional shipping charges if the parcel needs to be resent.

Incorrect Delivery Address

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the following options are available:

  1. Reshipment:

    • We can resend the parcel to the correct address. Additional shipping charges will apply.
  2. Refunds:

    • Refunds are available for returned parcels upon request. However, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Shipping Charge

The following standard shipping charges will be automatically applied to orders. Please ensure you will select the right Shipping Charge during the Checkout process:

1) UK Mainland 

Flat Rate = £4.50

2) UK Offshore (N. Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles) 

The additional Shipping charge will be determined after we received the order.

3) Europe & Republic Of Ireland 

£1.00 to £200.00 = £20.95

£200.01 to 500.00 = £28.00

£500.01 to £5000.00 = £33.95

£5000.00 & over = Free

4) Outside of Europe (e.g. USA, etc) 

Shipping charge is depending on the order volume. 

You can find the best price and delivery options through many different web sites that can offer comparable prices and shipping suppliers that operate around the world. Here is the process: 

- As you are placing your order, during the Checkout process, select "Customer Arrange For Delivery" option for shipping.

- Once your order is prepared we will provide the measurements and weight info for your parcel so that you can book collection with your shipping supplier.

- Your shipping supplier should send you the "shipping documentation" for your parcel.  Please send the documentation to us as we need to stick them on the parcel, otherwise the driver will not take your parcel.
